What is PREPARE/ENRICH
PREPARE/ENRICH is one of the most widely researched relationship assessment tools available — used with over 3 million couples worldwide. Each partner completes the questionnaire independently, and the results generate a personalised Couple’s Report: a clear, research-based snapshot of where you’re already strong and where it’s worth paying attention.
It’s not a test you pass or fail. It’s a conversation starter — one that cuts through the surface and gets to what actually matters.

A note on fit
This works best when both partners feel safe and relatively settled. It’s not the right starting point if conflict regularly escalates, or if there are active substance use issues in the relationship. If that’s where you are, couples counselling is a better first step — and I’d be glad to help with that.
